002 - KNOW AND BELIEVE TO CREATE (English version)

We have had a calm day on Island 9. In our garden that, for some reason that we do not fully understand, we decided to cultivate in mid-2020, during the pandemic.

We thought we had to come, but we still don't know exactly why.

Although the internal and external changes that began to take place in EME, my partner and I justify continuing the experience.

Believe to create, I heard out there.

This morning I transplanted a lettuce seedling to the flower bed that I had been developing for more than a month and we hope to obtain 70 or 80 plants from there.

Several times we ask ourselves, what did we come here to do?

As if everything was a written mission. And it is not ruled out. But as I tell them to you, I reflect that what I have learned justifies itself in the decision made.

We believed that it was what had to be done at that moment, without knowing how it was going to be done, or how it was going to turn out. And we created an organic garden.

In psychology they teach us that beliefs are constructs that settle in us and impel us to act based on them. That is why it is necessary to be clear that the beliefs that we have not put on the table and reviewed, will be the ones that will mark the course of our lives most of the time.

And to reach 130 there are not only many things that we have to do with our bodies, but we must also believe that they are possible. With a belief based on knowledge. That's why believing is creating. You have to create the reality in which 130 years is possible. Just as Methuselah lived over 990 in another time.

Religions propose us to have faith.

The Spanish ECB* tells that the word FE was a dubious translation into Latin by Saint Jerome, since the original word pistis, (pistis pisteo in Greek) had a broad meaning and there was no word that contained that idea in Latin.

He says that it actually means trust, commitment and perseverance. And it was translated by FE. And from there we are asked FAITH IN GOD. It doesn't matter if you have confidence, commitment and perseverance in action. Faith. And in general it is faith in what we cannot see or know.

Of course knowing is better than not knowing. Because knowledge empowers the person allowing them to make better decisions and live better experiences.

But many times there are things that we do not get to know and we must trust others who tell us.

Although I am convinced that our heart has the ability to vibrate with the truth and if we learn to tune it we will find many answers. How do I know? I just believe it.

How many people do you think have seen an atom? I would say very few. And for many years we took it for granted that atoms existed and were the smallest unit of matter.

And then it was learned that there are subatomic particles called quarks.

And then quantum theory came along and it tells us that there are packets of energy called quantum, or quantum, which in some situations behave like a particle of matter and in others like waves.

Sometimes it is matter and sometimes it is energy.

And we believe it or not. Because we can hardly ever see this live. But we do see the effects that emerge from that reality.

I don't know how my head got from a head of lettuce to a quantum but it's all here. Around us. Conforming a very complex reality. That we may not yet be able to know fully, but that we can look at. Checking their effects and believing in those who investigate them.

As long as they are trustworthy...

Because I can tell you that science on earth has us accustomed to what one day affirms as reality, in a decade it tells you that it is no longer, that they have already discovered that it is different. And so we have spent centuries.

 And on the other hand, in the other corner of the ring, were the religions, telling you that everything was one way and that it doesn't change, because it's sacred, or eternal, or who knows what.

And will someone have "la posta**"? Will any being know everything? Will some Being know everything?

If you believe that there is a Creator, surely you believe that he knows everything.

And why doesn't he tell us?

I, at least, will tell you things that will eventually lead us to the conviction that 130 years is possible.
